This is a compilation of the Magic Revolution (2 episodes) performances that Cyril Takayama did. Cyril Takayama is currently the most popular magician/illusionist in Japan and arguably in the world. This magician/illusionist with the idol good looks started his magic by performing on the streets of Tokyo before becoming a big TV celebrity. His magic is awesome and he has been described the best illusionist performing right now. A lot of his tricks are found on youtube, but all in horrible quality, which dimishes the \’punch\’. These are the hard-to find dvd-rips of his performances. note : 99% of the show is spoken in Japanese and there are no subtitles. However, his tricks are pretty much self-explanatory and it didn\’t bother me at all while watching it… it\’s still jaw-dropping!
I took a \’gamble\’ with this post - it\’s not my normal style stuff, but since I think his performances are excellent and very impressive, I\’d like to share it.
If you like (street)magic and illusionists, it\’s very much worth a look!
